We will only need your ear impressions if you are doing a Custom-fit mould with us. We recommend getting open-mouthed impressions taken till the second bend of the ear canal. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon the payment of your custom-mould order for the confirmation of our shipping details and ear impression requirements.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Every FF IEM is covered with a 1-year Limited Warranty.

Our return policy covers all regular priced items and is valid for 14 days from date of purchase from the date of receipt. Refunds and exchange is strictly not allowed beyond the stipulated time period. Returns are only accepted for defected items or items grossly misrepresented in product listings. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, with original tags and/or packaging intact.
