Babyfreq 3 is the next generation of FATfreq’s custom in-ear monitor, engineered around three things that matter most on stage: clarity, comfort and connection.
A precision three-driver system delivers exceptional transparency, separation and a wide, natural soundstage, giving every element of your mix the space it needs while retaining just the right amount of low-end impact.
Our proprietary Open-back technology introduces an adjustable system with three interchangeable modules, allowing you to control how much of the outside world you hear. Go fully sealed when isolation matters, semi-open for greater awareness, or open-back for a spacious, natural presentation that keeps you connected to the room.
Every Babyfreq 3 is built using our proprietary multi-material silicone construction, combining a rigid acoustic body with a soft, flexible nozzle that extends deeper into the ear canal for exceptional comfort and reduced occlusion.
Available in our Signature Custom Fit, individually designed from your ear impressions, as well as Universal Fit.

FlexiFit
Unlike traditional rigid molds, Flexifit adapts dynamically to changes in the shape of your ear canal when you talk, sing, or move your mouth, ensuring a secure and comfortable fit in any situation. It also protects the internal components of your IEMs by cushioning delicate parts like transducers and connectors.
OPENSTAGE
An adjustable open-back system that gives musicians greater control over how they hear and feel their surroundings. Switch between Sealed, Semi-Open, and Open-Back modes — from maximum isolation on loud stages to greater ambient awareness and a wider, more expansive soundstage. Experience a more natural sense of space and connection without giving up isolation when you need it.
3D Contour Fit
A secure fit allows you to get the best out of your in-ear monitors. Using software and earmold retention principles, FATfreq digitizes your scans to shape important pressure points, ensuring your perfect 3D-fit. Models are then sent to our high-precision 3D printers for fabrication.
Linear Impedance
FATfreq uses proprietary circuits to correct the non-linear impedances of multi-driver systems. The different output impedances across all your devices cause frequency response to vary. Having this tech ensures consistency in frequency response for all our IEMs when plugged into any device - Be it your mic-pack, mixer board, phone or dedicated DAP.
Sonar La Trompa™
Inspired by the anatomy of the traditional french horn, FATfreq uses exponential horn curvature for gain control and to improve treble tonality via acoustics. Providing you with Smooth, natural sounding highs, grounded by a nice timbre in the mid and low frequencies.
PhaseAlign
The absence of a DSP in IEMs means that we have to match the phase of multi-way systems via Acoustic delay. Using proprietary structures, we were able to align the low, mid and high frequencies such that they reach your eardrum in a coherent manner. Giving you the sound accuracy and resolution demanded on stage and studio.
